At Addison & Pine, each product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or ordering mistakes. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@addisonandpine.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us at hello@addisonandpine.com within 14 days so we can assist you.
